Bajù represents the essence of Sicilianity, the strongest affinity between the founders and their land: an indissoluble bond that comes to life and materializes in the many specialties designed and produced by the Alessi brothers.
Typical products of the Sicilian territory, such as dried fruit pesto and salted pâtés, bitter digestive (amaro) , alcoholic fruit creams, grappa, panettone and Easter ‘colomba’ as well as the traditional “cubaita” made of Sicilian almonds, all strictly branded Bajù.
It is here that the brothers Filippo, Paolo and Salvatore have followed up the excellent work done by their grandparents since the second post-war period.
